StenaLine is one of the largest ferry operators in the world.
With around 16 million passengers boarding their ferries every year, StenaLine operate a fleet of 35 ships that service European countries such as Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Latvia, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
StenaLine have offices based in the UK and around Europe. They required software that could enable international payroll and automate their domestic Direct Debit process.

StenaLine began working with AccessPay three years ago when their previous payment solution provider removed its international payments capability. This was a game changer for the company, and they sought a new payments software provider.
Having the ability to quickly and securely send payments throughout Europe is essential for StenaLine. They have hundreds of European staff, so not being able to submit international payments simply isn’t an option.
