Anish is responsible for driving the growth of AccessPay. As CEO, he sets the standards we all aspire to meet, and the tone which makes AccessPay such a friendly and dynamic place to work.

As AccessPay’s CEO, Anish makes sure everyone achieves their full potential. Joining us as a board advisor in late 2014, before becoming CEO in 2015, Anish has devoted his efforts towards building a world-class organisation, providing the guidance our team requires to drive innovation. Fostering a unique company culture, he strives to ensure everyone contributes to the success of AccessPay.

Anish started out as a software developer and became a Chartered Accountant. Establishing his reputation for driving innovation in the early 90s, Anish has constantly founded or been part of the executive team of venture capital-backed tech companies, providing them with the means to flourish.

AccessPay’s CEO has the distinguished honour of becoming one of the youngest Directors of a FTSE 250 company at just 27. Throughout his career, Anish served as both an operational executive and a venture capital board observer.

Sean is a key member of AccessPay's executive team, responsible for overseeing finance, compliance and risk management, while contributing to the company’s growth and development plan. Sean also advises the board on funding.

Our CFO holds more than 25 years’ worth of experience as a Qualified Chartered Accountant. Across his career, Sean has worked on a range of ambitious merger and acquisition projects, while also raising finance for a variety of high growth tech businesses.

Sean joined AccessPay in early 2015 as a consultant Finance Director. As CFO, he has proved integral in our efforts to raise in excess of £13 million in financing. During his time here, Sean has also contributed significantly to the strategic development of AccessPay as a provider of industry-leading payments and cash management solutions.

Away from the office, Sean has a keen interest in sports. He is an avid golfer and a season ticket holder at Manchester City Football Club.

Sonia oversees AccessPay’s post-sale operations, focusing on implementation and service. She is responsible for gathering customer feedback and reporting back to the team on how we can improve, spearheading the establishment of regular customer service reviews with key clients.

Sonia has a strong background in IT/software, having worked in customer-focused roles for 15 years. Sonia was Head of Service Delivery at Science Warehouse where she worked to make sure project implementation was designed to meet the requirements of customers. Before that, Sonia served as Senior Operations Manager at O2 Business, aiding in their efforts to break into the ICT market.

Sonia was also the Head of Customer Service Delivery at Vocalink. During this period of her career, she helped design and establish a new 24x7 service desk to support the launch of the Faster Payments Service and delivered £300K per year in cost savings by centralising two service desks.

Coming to AccessPay in May 2017, Sonia has helped the business attain a 4.7/5 Feefo customer review score by re-mapping the customer onboarding journey to focus on a ‘customer first’ approach. Sonia has also ensured our service operations are aligned with industry recognised standards, implementing improvements required to increase AccessPay’s Net Promoter Score by 30%.

Sonia is famous here for a love of tea, as well as the perennial bottle of Sriracha Sauce on her desk.

Joining us in June 2017, James leads our product and software engineering functions, delivering our product roadmap and guiding AccessPay’s research and development efforts – ensuring we provide best-in-class solutions for our customers.

James ensures AccessPay remains at the forefront of financial technology (fintech) innovation. In order to achieve this aim, he collaborates with our customers and prospects to continually refine our product offerings. James manages our strategic partnerships and works on business development as well, ensuring AccessPay has the means to become a market-leader in payments and cash management.

Before moving into finance, James served as a troop commander in the British Army with the 7th Parachute Regiment Royal Horse Artillery. After, James spent over ten years working at notable banks, BNY Mellon and Morgan Stanley.

Across this period, James became an expert in banking, leading a customer service department at Morgan Stanley. At BNY Mellon he worked in corporate treasury, served as EMEA Head of Cash Management, led their entry to CHAPS and built a bespoke firm liquidity management software system. Eventually, James moved into cash and FX product management.

Afterwards he moved into disruptive technology product management, as well as research and development. Bringing with him an immense product and industry knowledge, along with his highly developed management experience and leadership skills, James is an invaluable asset to AccessPay.

First joining us as our Head of Marketing in April 2016, Dan was promoted to Marketing Director in June 2017, and has since proceeded to shape the AccessPay brand to meet the evolving requirements and vision of the business.

Dan works both to lead and enhance our marketing and sales development operations. Responsible for brand development and lead generation, Dan strives to bring the corporate community’s attention to the business’ array of best-in-class payments and cash management solutions.

Dan holds extensive experience in the field of marketing, having worked in various B2B and B2C roles for 15 years. Across his career, Dan has delivered a range of new products to market in the B2C space, as well as leading and developing teams in B2B technology firms. Prior to arriving at AccessPay, Dan spent four years building and leading marketing operations at Daisy SMB Services, a £250m turnover division of the Daisy Group.

Since joining AccessPay, Dan has overseen 3 years of consecutive marketing influenced revenue growth.

Something of an office celeb, Dan has been on TV by accident four times Our Marketing Director is also an avid rugby fan and VW Campervan enthusiast.

As our Lead Implementation Manager, Jack is responsible for overseeing the implementation team, as well as managing enterprise client on-boarding. Jack was well prepared to take on these roles, having worked for Global Custodian Banks for several years before joining AccessPay. His previous roles involved day-to-day management, new client on-boarding and handling cash settlement queries, preparing him perfectly for the position of Lead Implementation Manager.
Jack has a reputation in the office for his love of chicken wings. The hotter they are, the more he loves them, showing that this talented Lead Implementation Manager certainly has an adventurous side!

Hannah is the Service Relationship Manager here at AccessPay. Her main role is to create and strengthen our relationships with each and every client. You can depend on Hannah to act as your voice in our company, always striving to make sure you get the most out of everything we offer.
Bringing nine years of banking and finance experience with her, Hannah knows this industry inside and out. She previously held in a series of client facing roles for Global Custodian Banks such as HSBC, so Hannah has an instinctive knowledge of how to make our solutions work for you.

In his role as Implementation Consultant, Stuart spearheads the implementation of Bacs, Faster Payments and HSH projects. Drawing on his extensive experience working in the banking industry, Stuart strives to ensure every client can smoothly and seamlessly transfer to AccessPay solutions.
Stuart was well prepared for his role here at AccessPay. Before joining the team, he worked on implementing and transferring automated payment solution on behalf of corporate and public sector customers.
A fun fact about Stuart is that he has a claim to fame! Stuart had the chance to meet and even speak to A-list actor Steve Carell at Leicester Square Cinema in London before a screening of Despicable Me 2!

Caron is responsible for managing, as well as supporting, the service desk here at AccessPay HQ. With Caron on hand to help, you can be sure that any query you put to us will be dealt with in a timely manner, to the highest of standards.
She is the perfect person to serve as our Service Desk Manager. Caron has worked in various customer support teams, across the payments industry, in areas including debt management, collection and sales. She truly knows what makes this sector tick and how best to help.
Caron also loves to indulge her secret love of horoscopes. She literally can’t go a day without checking her Aquarius star sign, to see what’s coming up for her in the next 24 hours!

Dominic specialises in implementing cloud payment gateways for corporates and banks both in the UK and worldwide. Handling enterprise and strategic projects, Dominic deals with Bacs and Faster Payments connectivity channels in the UK market, as well as globally via SWIFT and SEPA,
Dominic brings with him an understanding of specific messaging formats like S18 and XML, as well as experience in bank connectivity and client on-boarding. Dominic also specialises in managing and monitoring progress on various projects via the Agile and Prince2 processes and tools.
He originates from a little-known part of Australia called New Zealand. But as nice as he is, never crack that joke in front of him!

If you’ve got any issues that you need AccessPay to help with, Service Desk Advisor Chris is your first point of contact. He’s always on hand to help you out or point you in the right direction!
Chris brings considerable experience to his role here at AccessPay. Not only did he work for over four years in the mobile industry, but Chris spent two years working in the field of Customer Advocacy for a US-based tech company which specialises in the credit card sector.
Chris is a true techie at heart. He enjoys travelling to tech meet-ups, going to conferences and seminars, as well as getting involved with online tech communities, so he really knows his stuff.

Neelam is responsible for dealing with inbound queries from all AccessPay clients in her position as Service Desk Advisor. Some of her biggest duties include on-boarding new clients and training customers to make the most of the AccessPay system, so you’re sure to meet her at some point.
Neelam brings over nine years of experience working in a range of customer facing roles, as well as a strong background in the finance industry, to her current role of AccessPay Service Desk Advisor.
She’s a proud mum, as well as a true foodie at heart. Neelam's always up for trying out different dishes as well as the odd cocktail or two!

Aaron is responsible for handling all incoming issues, as well as any queries that AccessPay clients face on a day-to-day basis. Before coming to AccessPay, Aaron spent four years working in service within the insurance industry, both working in claims management and as an insurance advisor.
Aaron is something of a celebrity in the AccessPay office. He hosts a sports show on community radio every Saturday morning, so make sure to tune in! Aaron’s our go-to-guy for the sports and music rounds in pub quizzes, and he’s known for going all out whenever he goes to a costume party!
